Causes we love

In China, it is estimated that as many as 35,000 babies will be born with a cleft lip and/or cleft palate each year. Often these children cannot eat, speak, hear, or breathe properly. Due to low self-esteem, as well as feelings of isolation, these children often live as social outcasts. Operation Smile is a private, not-for-profit, volunteer medical services organization providing free reconstructive facial surgery and related healthcare for these children. Medical volunteers repair childhood facial deformities while building public and private partnerships that advocate for sustainable healthcare systems for children and families.

In support of this cause, the proceeds from all grand opening parties for new blue frog venues are donated to Operation Smile. To date, we have raised over 250,000 rmb and helped raise awareness of this very worthy cause. In addition, our staff members participate in Operation Smile Missions, the most recent being the Operation Smile Nanjing Mission held in June, 2011.
