为保障各位光临我司“蓝蛙”餐厅顾客的安全、确保大家的消费体验，我们特公布本《“蓝蛙”餐厅酒精性饮品消费提示》（“本提示”），敬请各位顾客知晓并严格遵守。
For the purpose of guarding the safety of the “Blue Frog” customers when enjoy the adventure in the restaurants with qualified service, we hereby release this Reminder on Consumption of Alcoholic Drinks in “Blue Frog” (“this Reminder”) for your kind acknowledgement and observation.
一、 酒精性饮品范围
I. Scope of Alcoholic Drinks
本提示项下的酒精性饮品是指“蓝蛙”餐厅所提供的含有酒精成分的饮料，包括但不限于：
The “Alcoholic Drinks” under this Reminder shall mean any and all the drinking products containing alcoholic elements served by “Blue Frog”, including but not limited to:
（1） 啤酒；
Bears;
（2） 鸡尾酒；
Cocktails;
（3） 葡萄酒；
Wines;
（合称“酒精性饮品”）
(Collectively as “Alcoholic Drinks”)
二、 目的和限制
II. Purpose and Restriction
由于酒精性饮品含有酒精成分，摄入酒精成分可能会对顾客（根据个体差异）产生一定程度的生理状况的变化（以及依赖性），包括兴奋、视觉、听觉能力的暂时下降等以及其他科学已经证实或者尚未证实的情况。另外，基于不同的个体，过度摄入酒精成分可能导致有损于健康的情况。
Due to the composition of alcoholic elements, the intake of alcoholic may cause the physical to some extent (and addiction) to customer (different from individuals), such as being excited, occasional decline of visual or auditory capability and other situation which has or has not been proved scientifically. Furthermore, different from individuals, the intoxication by alcoholic may cause harm to the health.
基于上述理由，我司特此公布本提示，供顾客遵守。
Based upon the above, we hereby release this Reminder, and please take it seriously for observation.
三、 适合人群
III. Applicable Customer
我司郑重提示，下列顾客不建议消费、饮用酒精性饮品或者参与和前述有关的活动：
It is seriously REMINDED THAT, any customer who has the following situations are not advised to participate in the consumption. Intake of Alcoholic Drinks or any activities related thereto.
1. 不满18周岁的顾客；
Age under 18 years old.
2. 任何年龄阶段但存在下列情况的人士：
Customer at any age who has the following physical issues:
（1） 高血压、高血脂或者患有心血管疾病；
Hypertension, hyperlipidemia or other cardiovascular disease
（2） 对酒精存在不良反应、过敏或者其他不良症状；
Suffering or suffered with adverse effect or allergy or other disease to alcohol
任何进入“蓝蛙”餐厅消费或者参与活动的顾客仔细阅读本提示，并建议严格按照本提示内容理性消费，并且对自身的行为承担责任。
We suggest all the “Blue Frog” customer who would like to enjoy the food or participate in any activities shall read carefully and seriously observe this Reminder, and shall take full liabilities for his/her own behaviors.
在任何情况下，饮酒请适量，我们不鼓励劝酒行为！请注意，饮酒后严禁以任何方式驾驶车辆！
In any case, please assess and ensure your physical comfort when drinking, and we do not encourage any urging or forcing activities. Please keep in mind that NO drive any way after having drinks.
